The walking track on the left side of the building. I was told that occasionally bears make their way down and look for trash as well as excersize by chasing associates.

Day 1 - "A Brand New World"

Our first day at the Scranton Call Center started out early as we gathered in the drum on the 2nd floor. We met Maureen Williamson and Janet DiStefano who would be very instrumental in making sure that our mission in Scranton was successful. We spent most of the day on a conference call with the other call centers (Utica, NY and Lincoln, RI) getting our bearings for the task at hand. Of course I was present yet again with my trusty camera... After a hard day at work, we sequestered at Anna Maria's restaurant.

The first coaching crew to visit Scranton, PA were chosen from the coaching ranks of the Las Vegas call center. The team was comprised of the following individuals (in alphabetical order):

"Toto... I don't think we're in Kansas anymore..."

We were welcomed to Scranton with a nice snowstorm that hit right after we checked in.
